HQH eGroup Rules

HQH launched our Let’s Chat E-Group at the end of July 2008. Our group is only for HQH members.

This is an optional service. HQH members will need to "join" the group.
Members must be a HQH member in good standing.
The e-group will be purged in the same manner as the newsletter each year. Those members who have not paid their dues by the October meeting will be removed from the list. Once a member has rejoined HQH, they may request to "join" the e-group once again.
Any group member may post a note, a reminder, ask a question or message to the group.
Messages should be quilting or sewing related.
Remember that any postings and/or replies are sent to all of the group members. Messages to selected group members should be directed through personal e-mail accounts not through the group account.
No commercial advertisements. The only exception being individual sales of quilting or sewing items.
Group members may request to be removed from the group list at any time by sending a message to huntsvillequilters-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com
Should a group member send a message that is inappropriate, contact will be made by the moderator notifying them of the infraction and what action, if any, is being taken. The action taken, shall be made at the direction of President or First Vice President. If the offending group member disagrees with the action taken, they may appeal in writing to the executive board for resolution.

HQH reserves the right to discontinue this e-group at any time.
