The HQH 2011 Winter Retreat will be held January 26th-31st at St. Mary’s Sewanee Retreat Center. Registration will begin at the September 2010 meeting.

It is HQH policy that paid reservations made for fee-based activities (workshops, retreat, bus trips, etc.) will be refunded if an cancellation is made 30 days or more before an event. Cancellations made within 30 days of an event will result in no refund unless (1) there is a waiting list or (2) someone is found to take the spot, (in that order).
