The retreat is almost here! There is still room for any current member who would like to join in the fun.
There will be games and prizes and a whole lot of sewing going on!
For those quilters who have never been on a quilting retreat, here are a few items that you will want to bring:
| sewing machine | machine foot pedal |
| machine cords | extra rotary cutter blades |
| extra machine needles | your machine feet |
| your machine manual | a bag of sewing notions |
| comfortable chair cushion | favorite snacks |
| and/or maybe even your own comfy chair |
If you have everything cut out and ready to sew for your project, it works out great, but take extra fabric anyway. The retreat committee will provide cutting tables, ironing boards and irons.
If you haven't provided the retreat committee with a baby/young adolescent picture, please try and bring it to the January HQH meeting. All pictures will be returned after the retreat.

| For the annual HQH Winter retreat, paid reservations will be fully refunded if cancellation is made more than 30 days before the Retreat. Cancellations made 30 days or less of the Retreat may result in a refund to be determined after the Retreat and all costs incurred are deducted such as cancellation fees from the Retreat Center. |
